so fast one week of raya past...now its back to reality...haha...gotta focus in school...Uts coming up...everything shifted since the hols..so now its microB on monday....kinda slack today...quite easy problem on waterborne diseases...im done with work so im officially slacking...hahaa lesson in heavy metal terminology...subgenresBlack metal - characterised by a dark, cold atmosphere,vocals are usually shrieked, screamed, with the lyrical themes often being depressing.Satanic or anti-Christian in nature.(sOo not into this)Death metal - subsidiary of thrash metal pushed to more brutal extremes.Vocals are usually growled.The lyrical content usually deals with the darker, nihilistic side of human imagination, dealing with blood, death, gore, and Satan. (melodic death is fine but death ermm...)Gothic Metal - synthesizes the guitaring styles of doom metal, black metal and death metal with its own unique use of heavy keyboard atmospherics, romantic and story-like lyrics and dual vocalists. (yes to gothic metal!)Metalcore - bands whose music combines both the raw vocals and beat of American hardcoregenerally with the guitars more often used in European thrash metal and melodic death metal.Controverisial genre as some do not consider it to be metal. (cant deny that i love as i lay dying)Neo-classical - incorporates elements from classical music, into the normal heavy metal sound, including tempos, instrument usage, and even melodies. did last minute shoe shopping on monday...left pharmaco class early that day as i was the only malay who turned up for class..haha...met ilah and went to charles and keith to get my hari raya shoe...i wanted something i could wear for other events as well...i picked this one....and it matched my bag!
*hari raya shoes - charles n keith in blackfirst day of raya was tiring as i was at home layan-ing the visitors...many pple came to my hse...my aunt frm the states came...she will be leaving for Kuwait this thurs...they will be residing there...
many pple commented on the orange-flavoured agar2 i made....they say its nice!gotta give credits to my mum for helping....
many also said that i lost weight...haha...maybe cos they never seen me for so long...that is the nice thing abt hari raya...it's the only time we get to meet our relatives and catch up on times...jus once a year...
my close cousin Ain came at nite....so long since we last contacted each other...each busy with lives...she finally gotten a job as an image consultant at a makeover studio...good pay...gd for her! kinda miss her...lil cousing is so cute..her dad says we look like sisters..haha...she reminded me of myself when i was smaller... :)
i miss going out jalan raya as a big family...including my relatives...we would take my uncle's lorry...we feel like "kambengs" sitting behind..locked up and caged...feeling hot and stuffy..but it all added to the fun...the makciks will gossip while the pakciks will talk about abt soccer and world issues...haha...and us the kids will talk abt sch and games...those were the primary sch times....now all grown up and everything changes...hari raya not as meriah as last time...but the essence of it still stays..
after my efforts of layan-ing the guests...i earned myself over 200 bucks..haha not bad for staying at hm...ok i'm tired..luckily there's no class tmr...nites everyone and selamat hari raya aidilfitri...maaf zahir dan batin :)

Immunology squeezed my brain juices dry jus now.....n dun even mention MCB ut...*screw Uts....anyways Hari Raya is coming!! it falls on tuesday and wednesday is a no sch day for me....still considering shud i attend monday's class...hmm *suggestions anyone ??i officially lost 0.7 kg since i last weighed myself...haha...still got more to go...gotta control my eating during Hari Raya...haha...shall be doing some last minute preparations during the weekendsi'm really drained from school...mentally and physically...jus entered the 5th week...6 more weeks to term break *headaches

this blog is screaming for an update...blame it on my lappie...i just changed the mainboard and had it reformated...again! i juz hope its all fine now...thanks to iLah for borrowing her lappie to me last week...
so many things...not to mention shitty things have been happening...that hindered me from blogging...i kinda miss blogging for i see it as my sanctuary...a place where i spit out all my thoughts and emotions..
its wednesday and im suppose to be studying for my Molecular and Cell Bio UT tmr...haha...but here i am...slacking away...nvm i will study later....
I realise that since i enter poly life,my english has been taking a turn for the worst...i haven't been reading as much..unlike back in sec sch days....haha...thank goodness for Encarta.Has become my best friend since...
Anyways my auntie from the States is coming tmr!!It has been 6 years since her last return...my lil cousin shud be around 16 years old now...haha...wonder how he looks like...this raya gonna be so much fun having them around..it will be complete :)
Btw i got an A for immunology this week...i think everyone got an A..she never left any comments or anything..haha..Wilson suggested that she either strike lottery or her boyfriend proposed to her...hahah...
